The logo design is inspired by Three Wise Monkey. The three wise monkeys are a Japanese pictorial maxim, embodying the proverbial principle “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”.

But in my design, these three monkeys represent "don't ignore attacks, don't listen to indecent attacks, and don't say any derogatory words", but put this concept in my opinion. Our project can be skillfully translated into "look, listen, Say" and turn all negative sentences into positive sentences. The change from a conservative attitude to a radical attitude is completely in line with the theme of "violation". Because the current surveillance is constantly watching us, listening to what we are saying, magnifying our information indefinitely and spreading it quickly.

The theme of this exhibition is about exploring the Cambridge Analytica, facial recognition hacking companies and data being sold, encryption.

Creating a playful and questionable platform for our bar was an idea that came off the back of research into the electoral register. As it stands you are able to buy the electoral register online for a small price. We worked out that for one person’s data (their full name, date of birth and address) you are worth less than 0.5pence. Does our data menu play on the concept of how much are you willing to give away? What price do you put on your personal information? And what is seen as most important to you? Each design complementing and reinforcing the reputation of the festival. The front of the menu is the normal menu we usually see in cafes, while the reverse of the menu is a menu of things to buy with your own information as currency.
