01

Yellow represents shrimp. Japanese tem - pura is famous for its golden appearance and crisp taste. Every time in the peak sea - son of shrimp, many shrimp are raised with shrimp eggs from under the water, they have extremely high nutritional value, so I use golden yellow to represent the shrimp.

02

Green represents shellfish, and because the sea is full of minerals, green algae often grow on the surface of shellfish. There are also shellfish such as abalone, whose shells are naturally reflective of blue-green, rainbow-like membranes, so I think green is a great way to show seashells.

03

Red represents fish, and Japanese fish are generally classified as white body fish,Red body fish is the most famous, so I use red as the color of fish.

04

Purple represents the seafood of octopus and squid. There are thousands of pigment cells in the cuttlefish, which can change their colors at any time to avoid enemies or prey. The octopus has long powerful tentacles that can encircling prey in all directions, leaving them nowhere to run. They are always ghosts and full of mystery, so I use purple to represent.

On the other side of the letter, there will be a name for each sushi made. Because each ingredient has abundant season in a year and the most delicious of season, so there is a rectangular patch under the name. The original shape of sushi was a way to preserve fish, so I combined the letters with the packaging of sushi. I used the Japanese bento box to wrap the lotus leaf, and made the outer packing with the harder card paper, so that the whole work had Japanese elements.
